Arianna Ratner is a voice actor, director, coach, and demo producer. With almost a decade of conservatory theater training under her belt and a BFA, she incorporates traditional theater techniques into her work and teaching. She is a lifelong voice actor and has voiced countless characters in the Elder Scrolls Online game, can be heard in Spider Man 2, Diablo 4, Fallout 76, Cookie Run Kingdom, Saint's Row, Lost Ark, The World of Warcraft Legion and Battle for Azeroth, The Sims 4, State of Decay 2, Final Fantasy, Baby Shark Brooklyn, and more. She is the only woman ever to have voiced Cinemax promos, and has voiced Trailers for Inside Out 2, Disney's Wish, Prime Video's Catherine Called Birdy, and Captain Marvel. She's done promo work for The Food Network, Comedy Central, Max, CNN, A&E, and Animal Planet, and affiliate work for ABC/KSBW-TV and Newsnation. Fun fact: her voice is immortalized on the Jumpin’ Jellyfish and Avatar Flight of Passage rides at California Adventures and Disney World.

DDO’s well established tri-city VoiceOver department specializes in commercials, promos, trailers, animation, narration, video games, ADR/looping, political, industrial and audiobooks. DDO prides themselves in representing a diverse range of talent, and they’re as committed to procuring our current roster as they are to expanding a new talent base with fresh voices to tackle the industry. Voiceover Agent Allie Silber comes with almost a decade of experience. She started out her career in the Children’s and Young Adults Division for Voiceover, Animation, On-Camera Commercial and Print as an assistant at Abrams Artists Agency and worked her way up to Agent. Since 2019, Allie has joined DDO to specialize in her true passion - Voiceovers. She works with kids & adults of all ages. Some of Allie’s recent commercial bookers can be heard as the AVO for National Network Spots (Dunkin’ Donuts, Zyrtec, Hotels.com, KFC, Liberty Mutual, Chips Ahoy, Greenies, Kohl’s, Ozempic, Accenture, Milk-Bone and more) and her animation bookers can be heard in a variety of animated feature films and TV series (The Adventures of Buckwild, Alma’s Way, Mickey Mouse Funhouse, Firebuds, Dew Drop Diaries, Abominable, Legend of Vox Machina and more). Allie continues to scout, develop and represent talent from across the country. She most recently was the recipient of the 2024 Heller Award for Northeast Voiceover Agent of the Year.

Marc Graue has been a major force in the Los Angeles voiceover market for over 45 years. As a performer Marc can be heard daily on Disney's Pirates Of The Caribbean ride and countless national Commercials including Toyota & Jiffy Lube, Video Games ( Warcraft, Ratchet & Clank, Starcraft Hotel Mario, Skylanders & many more), Cartoons ( Avatar The Last Airbendar, Ever After High, Motown Magic) and as the "in-show" Narrator for Nat Geo's Alaska State Troopers for 11 seasons. Marc was also honored with the inaugural 2021 SOVAS LIFETIME ACHIEVMENT AWARD, the ONE VOICE AWARDS for 2021 Best Male Voiceover Arist and numerous other accolades over the years! Sr. Manager Voiceover Operations, Studio Resonate (SiriusXM Media-SiriusXM/Pandora)

In addition to producing thousands of high quality audio ads in the 11+ years he’s been at Pandora/Sirius XM, Steve Pogatch has been the go-to guy for all things VO Casting, VO Direction and VO Quality for Studio Resonate at Pandora/SiriusXM. He’s been responsible for recruiting, auditioning and curating new talent for the Pandora VO Roster as well as managing the Roster.

Paula Gammon Wilson is the Owner/Director of Pepsqually VO and Sound Design, Inc. (New York City) and Pepsqually Portugal, LDA (Lisbon, Portugal) - award-winning boutique companion audio houses with a focus on children's content. She began her professional career as a Union Production Stage Manager and professional dancer in the late 90s, alternating between working behind the scenes and as an actor/dancer, director, and choreographer. After several years of working in Asia, South America, and Europe, she returned to the US, and opened Pepsqually VO and Sound Design in New York City. She has since grown the company from one animated series, one engineer, and seven cast members to employing three engineers, eight writers, and 100+ actors across several projects. She launched Pepsqually Portugal, the European arm of Pepsqually VO, in 2020 with the express purpose of incubating/developing content by and for marginalized populations. Currently she is serving as the Casting Director and VO Performance Director for "Iyanu" with LionForge/Cartoon Network/MAX, "Pol the Pirate Mouse" for Submarine, and "Little Charlie" for NICE. While born and raised in Texas, Libby Clearfield bounced around a lot, acting and directing for theatre in New York where she earned her BFA in Drama from NYU; then moving to Israel to teach English and earn her MA in Education from Tel Aviv University; then pursuing on-camera acting in Los Angeles, before discovering voiceover in 2013. Two years into her VO acting career, by happenstance she found herself at Coupe Studios in Boulder, Colorado as their casting director, where she then spent the next 9 years working closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into receiving compelling performances from the voice actors she showcased for them to hire. She has built a formidable roster of talents and developed great relationships with talent agents and agencies around the globe, allowing her to launch her own company, Voiceover Activate, in May 2024.

Voiceover Activate is a trifecta of Libby’s skills and passions for coaching, casting, and acting. With her experience in these three areas of the voiceover industry, she offers a unique perspective to her coaching students, as she speaks the language of the actor while still understanding and appreciating the intricacies of production, primarily in the commercial and narration world.

Libby loves working with seasoned VO professionals as much as emerging new talents, as there is always something new and exciting to learn and teach from every experience, and she appreciates every opportunity she gets to impart any of the pearls of wisdom she’s gained throughout the years!

Angela Mickey, CSA is the Managing Director of Casting at Liz Lewis Casting Partners, and has been casting for 25 years. Angela works across the board on commercial, voice over/animation, podcasts, film, TV and documentary-style real people projects. Her most recent theatrical projects include Martyr of Gowanus, the Filipino movie musical The Girl Who Left Home, and numerous Christmas movies for Hallmark and Lifetime including Christmas at St Nick’s, 12 Days of Christmas Eve, Mystic Christmas, and Where Are You Christmas. In the scripted animation/podcast world, her credits include Netflix’s Dee and Friends in Oz, AppleTV+ Get Rolling With Otis, and Disney+ Superkitties, as well as the podcasts This Job Is History and The Last City for Wondery. Angela loves working with up and coming directors, and has been proud to do so through the Ghetto Film School and NYU. Angela is a proud member of the Casting Society of America, and a member of the Equity in Entertainment Committee. Winner of the 2019 Heller Award for Best Northeast Commercial and VO Casting.

Kirsty Gillmore - Director & Casting Director

Kirsty Gillmore (she/her) is a Voice & Performance Director, Casting Director and Dialogue Producer who has directed and cast over 50 game titles as well as animation and audio drama projects, working with studios and actors all over the world. Recent game credits include The First Descendant, Valorant, Baldur’s Gate 3, Metaphor: ReFantazio and Call of Duty and animation includes Shasha & Milo and the upcoming Netflix series Splinter Cell: Deathwatch. Kirsty has directed and taught at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has been a speaker and panellist for GDC, GameSoundCon and BAFTA. Kirsty is also a sound designer with over 20 years experience for live and audio projects. In 2021 she was selected for the prestigious BAFTA Breakthrough programme as a Voice Director for Games.

Kevin McMullan has been developing video games for more than 25 years. He spent the first 10 of those in-house at Ensemble Studios, creators of the Age of Empires series, Age of Mythology, and Halo Wars. There, he worked on all things heard in those games (music composition, sound design, and dialog production). Since then, he’s been directing VO specifically for video games, including Call of Duty, Destiny, League of Legends, Valorant, among several others. He does so with both an ear for performance and a passion for game development.

Richard Redfield is an award-winning creative director/producer of hundreds of trailers and TV spots for movies over the years in all genres, from Ocean’s Eleven and Inception to Mad Max: Fury Road, Wonder Woman and many others.  He is also a highly regarded trailer/promo VO coach.

Jeremy Hall is a voice director/actor/coach who's acting credits include Marvel's Spider-Man, Spider-Man Miles Morales, Metal Gear Survive, Ratchet and Clank, Horizon Forbidden West and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. As voice director for video games for over 15 years, his directing credits include Ratchet and Clank PS4, Sunset Overdrive, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Fortnite, Jurassic Park Evolution, Marvel's Avengers, Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity, Godfall, Ghost of Tsushima, Ghostwire: Tokyo, Valorant, League of Legends, Minecraft Legends and most recently Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance. As a teacher, Jeremy has held workshops throughout Los Angeles, been a presenter at VO Atlanta, GameSoundCon, Get Your Game On as well as taught Voice Over for MFA and BFA students at the New York Film Academy.
